    So I tried them! Love them! They add just a wee little something to my greek yogurt routine. I already feel this is going to be a great addition to my daily diet. I know it was all in my mind but I did actually feel better yesterday, the first day I added them. I tried to take my normal afternoon nap, did not - I wasn't tired. I felt satisfied food wise, didn't feel the need to snack again. I know this may be psychological but whatever works and if they will help, I am all for it. Try it~ no real taste, they don't seem to have a distinctive flavor. I do like that little crunch. I have already ordered again.

    A great source of fiber and we add these to smoothies daily for the boys to drink every morning. We even make a special fruit mixture with the chia seeds for our toddler to eat every morning with his cereal.
