UPDATE: although this product was a let down and Amazon said there were no returns, I contacted the company directly and Craig helped me understand why I may have received the incorrect product. The customer service was amazing!
Problem: The first time I opened the bag and ground some beans, the hazelnut was distinct and flavorful, several days later the taste and smell of hazelnut was gone! I specifically ordered hazelnut for flavor and aroma. This is a big disappointment and I cannot return through Amazon , but the Coffee Bean Company agreed to send me the correct item and they followed through...thanks for the great service! I just received the replacement and it smells fabulous!
