I saw BaeTea being promoted on Instagram and was so glad that Amazon offered it. I got this Complexion Tea and the 28 Day Teatox. I planned on drinking the Teatox in the morning (as that one is recommended for when you start the day or right before you workout) and the Complexion Tea is recommended for twice a day. I ended up just drinking this one throughout the day as the taste isn't too strong and it doesn't give me a headache like some detox teas will. Not sure if my complexion improved, which it did, from drinking this tea or from increased water intake -- but I have already ordered my second bag and have continued on drinking this daily. Working in an office, I don't usually like the taste of the hot water from the hot water filter, so drinking the tea with that helps!
This also comes with a cute little strawberry diffuser but like the other reviews said, the holes are a little bigger and some of the tea leaves will float out. I don't really mind but it can be annoying for some people.
