I ordered two and they came individually wrapped in green bubble wrap. Unfortunately neither lid was on right and the jars were sticky and covered in the delicious jam. I guess I should be grateful cause I was replacing two jars of my wife's I ate and was not going to open them. I got on my fingers unwrapping. So taste good but they need to deal those lids. And apparently I can't return.

    Not only did the product look like it was thickened with corn starch and not fully cooked, the packaging of my order was SO inadequate that each jar was broken, and the package was a disgusting mess full of shards of broken glass. There was too little padding around the glass jars and they had room to slam against each other resulting in the absolute horror I received. It's went immediately into the trash and out to the curb.

    I like the pleasing taste of these preserve, it has a rich strawberry taste. It spreads easily on toast. The only minor minor complaint I have is the texture. The texture is actually more like a jam than many competing preserves which have the strawberry skins mixed in. I like the inclusion of strawberry skins and their taste.
