I first bought this at a store without much thought. Wow, this is really good stuff. I almost never use minced garlic, now that I have this. It doesn't have that blechy dried garlic flavor and it's so easy to use. It tastes like I added roasted garlic. I have to buy it on Amazon now because I can't find it in stores any more.
I use it in, and on, just about everything now. Maybe not ice cream but, then again, I haven't tried it...

I don't know how they do it, but no one else's garlic comes close. I have given several of these away to friends who've tasted them and asked where they could get some. This stuff makes awesome garlic butter or garlic bread. It goes great on a homemade pizza amongst the other herbs and spices we use. Couldn't ask for much more!

I see some people asking about how fresh the Amazon-fulfilled orders are. The "best-by" date on the bottles I received from Amazon were 2 years and 6 months out from the date I received them. No worries! We'll have used or given away all 3 bottles before then!

I actually purchased this to origanally replace galic powder as that what I typed in when this came up. I figured I use a peppercorn grinder and a seasalt grinder, so why not a garlic grinder. Sadly the grinder on this unit still leaves the dried garlic in large chunks, which means it is essentially putting dried minced garlic on or in your food. With how readiliy available peeled garlic cloves are at the grocery store, mincing fresh garlic is almost as easy, is cheaper, and tastes better than this product. That being said this is the best tasting dry garlic I have ever had, but I cannot recommend buying it.

Overall I am giving it four stars, as I think it is the best product at what it is, but the failed logic behind it will prevent it from getting five stars.
