I have been a coffee drinker all my adult life. I like a little milk or liquid coffee mate. Sometimes a flavored coffee mate. In my later years coffee has been upsetting my stomach. Come to find out that coffee is more acidic than tea. Who knew. I don't really care for plain black or green tea. So, to my wife's chagrin, I started ordering all types of tea. When at a grocery store I would buy what ever different kinds of tea they had. I ordered on Amazon all sorts of exocotic teas from around the world. Some I really did not care for. But then......... I discovered Chai Spice tea and really liked it and it did not upset my stomach. The search continued with all sorts of chai and spiced tea. I finally found the one that stood out from all the rest. It is the "Stash Organic Black and Green Chai Spice tea". I add a little milk or liquid coffee creamer and one pack of 20 calorie cane sugar (or sometimes artificial sweetener). I look forward to a cup and sometimes go immediately to a second.
I am continuing the search, not because I am not 100 per cent satisfied with a delicious cup of "Stash Organic Black and Green Chai tea", but because it has been kinda of fun to discover all the different types of tea from around the world. I just ordered the "Stash Tea 6-Flavor Assortment Tea Chai Lovers, 6 Count". Wow, "Spice Dragon Red Chai", "Double Spice Chai" and four other flavors. I can't wait to see if I like them too. BTW: they all come individually foil wrapped so they stay fresh. Some of the foreign teas were not individually wrapped and won't stay fresh. I now have so many teas I may have to throw the unwrapped ones away before I ever use them up ( they weren't that great anyway). Stick with "Stash". What a fun journey. What a great company.
