    I 'gel' them, by putting 5-6 Tablespoons of Chia in a 17 oz. glass jar, fill it with water, taking care to stir them right sway (or they'll clump together) and place them in the Refrigerator; once the seeds 'fill up with water', hours later, which, when stirred, will actually fill the jar itself.
    I will either consume 1/5-1/6 of the total contents, (at the estimation of ONE Tablespoon per serving), either by itself in a small glass, with added water to drink it down, OR add it to a 'smoothie', or to a cut up Avocado, to which I'll add three chunks of Pineapple, a bit of honey, (I use a 'Bullet'...) and cream it into a pudding consistency and serve it in a bowl, to which I add a wiped toping of Coconut Cream....
