I love these bars! I am following a low carb diet and I came across these.
At only 100 calories and 2 net carbs each, you can't beat that!
They are really tasty and have a nice mousse and caramel layer on the inside
surrounded by yummie chocolate. It is a little chewy but I like that.
The bar is quite small in size (about half the size of a regular bar) but enough to
give you a delicious treat. I have ordered more and the Atkins chocolate coconut ones too.

Where have these been all my life?
After all the commercials about the Atkins options for people with a sweet tooth, I finally decided to break down and try them. I'm not on the Atkins diet, but I am trying to reduce the amount of sugar I consume. I've always loved the name-brand candy this emulates, but one of those has so many calories and sugar. I bit into this and I truly do love it. It doesn't taste the same as the name brand, I think it tastes better, but it does taste different. What I also noticed is that, even though I can normally scarf down an entire candy bar by the name-brand, I could only eat about half of this. I don't know why. It says its rich in fiber, and that may be why. So 1) Filling and 2) low in sugar. That really a win-win.
