A truly satisfying cup of tea begins with the best water. Use freshly drawn, cold filtered water, or spring water when available. Allow just-boiled water to cool for a moment. Pour over one tea bag per cup, steeping only for 2 to 3 minutes, no longer. If steeped too long, it may become bitter. Jasmine Green Tea is best served without milk or sweetening.

It's not bitter like some green teas I've tried and the mint compliments the green so well. I didn't need any sweetner as I found it plenty sweet. The price I thought was a little pricey but in my case, this is one of those special teas that you drink maybe 2-3 times a week. Very nice tea bag tea. I love tea, but hate tea bags -- I much prefer steeping leaves for green tea and making black tea in a samovar (stovetop for everyday and a charcoal-burning one for a special treat). However, the convenience of a tea bag, especially when traveling, cannot be overlooked. I have not found another brand that I consistently like, beside Choice, in quality and in flavor. Taste preference, I prefer the Jasmine Green, Green Moroccan Mint, White Peony, Twig Kukicha, Genmaicha, and the Chai. I'm OK with, but not super crazy about the Russian Caravan, Japanese Premium, Chamomile, or the Bancha Hojicha
