    good flavor. Whipped up well and had good consistency. It does say to keep it refrigerated and of course came just shipped in a box so I put it in the refrigerator as soon as I unpacked it and then I used it I think 2 days later. I opened the box dumped it in a bowl and whipped it up. No problem with the fact it had been shipped not refrigerated. I probably will not buy again due to the price. It is very expensive for what you get - in my opinion but I am happy I tried it

    I was a big fan of Healthy Top, and as a vegan whipped toppings have not been all that easy to find. I was dubious when I ordered Soyatoo Soy-Whip. It came in the mail and I whipped it. I bought 4 boxes to start with. The first box didn't whip up as well as I had hoped.. This was my fault though. The second box whipped up too well.. Also was my fault. The third time I whipped a box of the topping it was perfect. I added an extra Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla, and while still whipping I slowly added 2 tablespoons of Organic Confectioner's Sugar. I made sure it whipped in fully in between each tablespoon of sugar that I added. That one turned out absolutely amazing. I was in a house full of Non Vegans. They each swore that the Soy Whip is better than their non vegan whipped toppings... Now we use it exclusively. I just received another order of three boxes of the whip and I will definitely be buying more... The greatest thing about this Soy Whip is that a person can flavor it any flavor they choose. So far I have tried Banana, I tried Vanilla, and Even tried Raspberry.. OMG They were all great. I am truly glad that I have found this Whip! It is WONDERFUL!

    Very disappointing. Looks like tofu in the box. Whipped beautifully and fluffy and I thought I'd love it but the taste is just awful. Not being able to eat any dairy at all I eat a lot of soy products but this had an intolerable tastes so I had to throw it away. A lot of money for this product and it's not at all what I could eat.

    This is a delicious vegan alternative for whipped cream. It is lightly sweetened, but not overly sweet. I had this shipped without refrigeration and didn't see any ill effects. The boxes have a long shelf life, and I like the ability to actually whip this up when I want it versus spraying it from a can. It makes a large amount of the soy whip once whipped. It's best if you whip it and then allow it to set for about 30 minutes in the fridge before eating as that really gives it a rich, thick consistency.

    This stuff is awesome. It's shelf-stable, but keep it chilled at least for a few days before you use it. It looks like a gross glob of gelatinous goo when you open the box, but whip it up in a blender and it magically transforms into delicious floofy cool-whip style whipped topping. If you're going to mix other stuff into it (try some raspberry jam, it's great!) - chill it again after whipping it but before mixing in the jam - that'll help keep the texture from changing.
