Shiloh Farms Organic Apricot Kernels are delicious. The Sweet Apricot Kernel imparts an almond flavor to foods. Apricots are allowed to attain full ripeness and bold flavor “naturally” before being hand picked and dried under the sun in the crisp, clean mountainous air. Unsulphured, No Preservatives and No Chemical Fertilizers are ever used. After harvesting the apricots the kernels are dried under the sun in the crisp, clean mountainous air also. Apricot kernels are, like most nuts and seeds, very nutritious, with a small amount of latrile. You can add these kernels to vegetable dishes and grind them for use in desserts.
