Finding a flex, hemp, and chia seed blend presents limited options, surprisingly. I previously purchased another brand of this exact blend but they seem to be completely scrubbed from the market so after some searching I purchased this brand. This blend is mostly whole, de-shelled seeds which I really enjoy and add a nice flavor to my fruit shakes and yogurt. Really recommend this brand/blend if you're looking to squeeze in some extra omegas into your diet as I'm sure there are plenty of dishes and snacks you can add this to for extra deliciousness.
