Ziggy marley's peppery hemp is absolutely delicious had a very hard time finding it. As usual, Amazon came through. I am a diabetic and the hemp is full of omegas, fiber, iron etc. the taste is amazing. My favorite is adding it to egg beaters, olive or coconut oil, Parmesan cheese, avacados. What a great breakfast. I am a diabetic and the hemp is a super food. Try it. You will love it. Thanks amazon for helping me find it.

Do not buy this product. I was just snacking on them and found little rock within the hemp seeds. I bit down and chipped my tooth. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Roasting and heating Omega 3 destroys 100% of Omega 3 so the packaging and claims on the label are dishonest. I only eat raw hemp foods in order to actually GET THE BENEFIT of Omega 3. It has added sugar which is not healthy! I prefer Navitas and Nutiva for hempfoods. Manitoba Harvest is also good quality.

I bought these from here because they came out slightly cheaper than from Ziggy's website. They are amazing! Slightly spicy though, as you would expect from the Caribbean Crunch flavor. Great on salads or by itself. I'm definitely trying the other flavors!

I wasn't sure what I was buying, but I bought it mainly for the packaging anyway. They'd be good on salads or soup probably.
