I love Traditional Medicinals herbal teas. The quality is exceptional. I like many of their tea blends because the flavors are thoughtfully balanced and the effectiveness of the teas is second to none. One of the few brands whose flavors and efficacy stand on their own with no need to add honey, milk or sweetener.
Cup of Calm has become one of my favorites (the dandelion root is also exceptional) for a centered and calm gut and mind. My preferred herbal tea for a well rested night.
