I think there is a balance to be struck between self interest and caring
and respect for the external. At one extreme, if you are very unhealthy and
life is a perpetual struggle, then there is little you will be able to
think about besides yourself. On that end of the scale, if you only thing
about yourself to optimize, you won’t be able to see how you perpetuate
this in others, which nurtures struggle between peoples. Eating with
intention is a powerfull tool. Thanks for the guidance.

Thanks for sharing Marlen! In Germany there is a huge paranoia about food
and the lobby of ‘bio’ food is growing…
