Well being a New Englander, and since I got my license in 71 I skied Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. During those days home grown maple syrup was at every breakfast joint, the mom and pop breakfast joints would not serve anything else. Hidden Springs Dark Amber brought those memories back as soon as tasted it, and tomorrow it’s on a stack of my grandma’s pancakes.
