This is still my favorite coffee. I even bought a new coffee pot to see if the cups would not explode anymore. I don’t know what happened to this shipment but four times now I have tried to use a pod and it exploded right before my very eyes! I hope the new coffee pot will help. I want to continue to use the coffee.

    The coffee is good and strong for a k cup. My only complaint is the black plastic cup. We all know plastic when heated has its issues but black plastic chemicals are even worse. Wish they made this with a white plastic cup or even better yet a compostable filter cup.

    I have to be honest. I ordered this product because I did not look at all the pictures! 😑 I was deperate for coffee one morning and my go-to supermarket discontinued my usual coffee brand, and I thought, what the heck, there must be something similar in Amazon, so... I saw "Organic" Eco-pods" yada-yada... and ordered this one! And then got a box full of plastic #5 pods! I totally missed that part on the description... I know... It is not the company's fault... but I believed that I was getting a fully compostable pod... 🤷🏻‍♀️ Why bother making a great organic product to then encapsulate it in a plastic that is not-so-eco-friendly? Plastic #5 is recyclable, yes, but it is very difficult to recycle (you can do your own research) and aluminum lids? Seriously? If you really want to be "eco-friendly" get the right kind of pods! FULLY COMPATIBLE ones - Flavor was great (hence the 3 stars) (and yes, I tried it... I cannot return it... I tried!), so, I enjoyed the crisp clean taste of the organic sumatra, but my conscience was not so clean afterwards... And that is not how you want to begin every morning, right? - In addition to it, the pods come all naked and dumped inside of the cardboard box. Why??! If you (company) don't want to waste productivity time putting the pods in an orderly fashion inside the box, could you invest a little more on some biodegradable paper bags to put them in!? It looked and felt wrong when I opened that box.
    Anyway, (customers) invest your money wisely to make a positive impact in the world... and LOOK AT ALL THE PRODUCT DETAILS before buying! (Completely my fault. 😐 Lesson learned!)
