    These puffs are a great first food for kids, we gave these to our son around 6 months old up until about 10 months. I sometimes steal some of the puffs from him because they are pretty addictive. They have a mild but defined flavor with a nice crunch, they break down and dissolve pretty quickly when they are wet.

    7 month old loves these, can't get enough. We only let our 7 month old eat 1-2 at a time though because he likes them so much that he wants to shove handfuls of them in his mouth at once! They dissolve quickly though, but 1-2 at once should be a limit for smaller babies.

    these treats are yummy. that is what they are, a "treat" and should not be substituted as "food". my mistake.....i did not see that "sugar" was the 4th ingredient. why add sugar when baby has no concept of the taste of sugar. wait as long as possible before introducing that addictive "yum". also, hesitate before spending almost $3. for 1.4oz of product when baby is at a stage that enjoys tossing on the floor. i will shop for an organic substitute without sugar. in the meantime.......keep these for a meltdown. they deserve stars for not clumping and dissolving easily. for a starter snack, they seem safer than some other products.
