Just like the fruit pouches in the canned fruit and vegetable aisle or snack food section, these pouches are a great way to get in some fruit and vegetables on the go. Unlike the fruit pouches in the canned aisle, the ones for babies/toddlers typically don't have a lot of extra junk in them like artificial flavors or added sugar. You also often get more pouches for the same cost, making these a better deal. These pouches also have a better flavor range instead of being applesauce-based. I like to toss one or two in my bag if I have to be out most of the day. They take the edge off when I'm hungry and keep me from reaching for something else that is a lot less healthy.
