This is a great product, it is organic and is delicious. It is easy to make great tasting pancakes from this 7 grain mix. I find that you can use water instead of milk, 1 c mix to 1 c water and 1 egg is all I add then I cook it on medium using olive oil to coat the pan I am using...they come out great, light and delicious! It is a great way to buy this, having them ordered thru Amazon and delivered to my door. It ends up costing less than I would pay at the local grocery store and I do not have to go out to purchase them. Having them come to my door is a real plus for me. You can add organic or wild blueberries or fresh cut organic apples to make them even more special. We use just a little organic maple syrup for a healthy and delicious morning Breakfast.
