Also, hemp seeds contain a mad amount of those healthy Omega 3's that our bodies love so much. Just 3 spoonfuls of Nutiva hemp seeds with a handful of nuts and berries, topped off with some hot almond or oaktmilk in the morning. My body is very happy! Seems to help with my cognition issues, too. I really recommend giving this a try if you're on the hunt for a effective anti-inflammatory addition to your diet.
