It's true — this syrup is simply duh-licious! The Wholesome syrup is VERY sweet, with great flavor, and a little goes a long way. It's lovely by itself on pancakes, but sometimes I mix it with one third pure maple syrup for a more "Aunt Jemima" flavor. Combined, they are super-sweet! Sometimes I mix it with unsweetened apple sauce instead, for body and tartness.
Also — I am sooo happy to have syrup that does not contain GMO corn syrup. (Sidebar: Who needs arctic fish DNA in their digestive tract? Imagine where it could end up if you have leaky gut? Honestly, just grow your corn in season, instead of adding anti-freeze. Yuck.)
