Eased nausea
The tea has a sweet aroma and goes down ease. It instantly made me feel better and eased my nausea. What made it even better was the sweet little notes on the tea bag string. My first one said “showing up means more than always having the right answer.” Maybe it’s pregnancy hormones but small sweet things like that just make my day!

Very comforting for the first trimester and beyond for those of us with ongoing morning sickness! I prefer it iced with honey when I’m particular nauseous, but warm is also tasty.

For starters I like the packaging its super cute.

Anyways, I have horrible acid-reflux during my pregnancy. I have had heartburn in my sleep and work up in the middle of the night getting sick from acid and my throat burned for 3 days. I had been sleeping with two pillows every night. I tried eating before bed. I tried not eating 2-3 hours before bed. I tried taking anti-acid medication. Because I had been taking so many anti-acids just to be able to sleep at night I was finding myself not hungry the next day until Lunch. THEN! my heartburn progressed to previously only happening at night to happening during the day and at night. I was getting exhausted.

I found this tea and at first I didn't think it was working. I drank one cup during the day and it didn't seem to help much. BUT!!!
I drank 2 cups before bed and I swear it was a miracle. I had very minimal acid reflux before going to sleep and after that I was able to get a full nights sleep without medication. It was beautiful. I plan on continuing to drink the tea and because it worked so well I will be purchasing the 3rd trimester tea.

Really was excited to drink this tea— unfortunately not all of it is the correct tea...
I wish I had all of the right tea. I’m not pregnant but I get morning sickness from an autoimmune disease. I don’t think the other tea and I would agree plus I’m not nursing so it’s a bummer. It’s kinda expensive and I get mistakes happen, but it would be appreciated if I could get a few of the correct tea since I paid for a full box. Just be prepared to check before you steep/ drink your tea because it could be the wrong one. Otherwise, it’s not too heavy in smell which is appreciated. And I like the use of mint and ginger.

First off, this tea is amazing. For almost my entire first trimester I would wake up feeling very nauseous and hardly had any appetite, and the nausea would come and go throughout the whole day. My sweet mom-in-law first got me onto this tea when she bought a box for me, and it's been the only thing that will calm my stomach down in a matter of minutes. I'll make a double strength cup, add a bit of honey, and within 10-20 minutes I feel 100% better! And it tastes amazing as a cold tea, too, so make up a big batch and keep in your fridge for extra! I also discovered that eating a small protein snack before bedtime really helped take away the morning nausea, too. Very pleased and will buy again!

I have been suffering from acid reflux since probably the first month of my pregnancy. I have Tums in every bag/car/bathroom in my house. My girlfriend told me about this tea and I have now been using it daily for weeks. I make a pitcher of sun tea using these teabags and then put in fridge. I'm due very soon and the reflux has gotten worse but this tea honestly seems to help. I do not need to take as many Tums as before. I'm not an herbal fan normally but I really like this tea and will purchase for friends or for any future pregnancies.
