These seeds are soooo fresh and rich in protein, fiber, and fatty acids like omega 3 and omega-6. A total game-changer if you have to be on an anti-inflammatory diet like me (I have an auto-immune disorder). Just keep them in the fridge to keep them fresh.
Want to take your smoothies to the next level? Just add a scoop of these raw shelled seeds to really any combo of frozen berries, frozen banana, etc! Top it off with some superfoods like maca, cacao, macqui berry, coconut water powder... maybe a sprinkle of goji berries.
